On October 20, 2025, a message appeared on social media from a citizen claiming that “MY INSURANCE” JSC failed to make an insurance payment within the prescribed period.
Regarding this matter, “MY INSURANCE” JSC provides the following information:
On May 2, 2025, a road traffic accident occurred involving vehicles “Damas” and “Nexia”, both covered under insurance protection.
On August 25, 2025, the policyholder submitted a written application to “MY INSURANCE”. In accordance with the provisions of the insurance contract concluded between the policyholder and the insurer, the documents provided were reviewed in order to thoroughly study the circumstances of the insurance event and to make an appropriate decision. During the review process, certain deficiencies were identified in the submitted materials.
Therefore, on September 12, 2025, an official letter was sent to the applicant M.A. requesting the missing documents.
However, as of today, some of the required documents related to the insurance case have not been fully submitted, and no response has been received to the official request. Consequently, the payment process has not been completed. The company continues to review the case in accordance with the procedure established by law.
“MY INSURANCE” JSC considers timely review of clients’ requests and the execution of insurance payments in compliance with the law as one of its key priorities.
